Re-touch & Post-production
FOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Image post-production or ‘retouching’ is a service that Grabb offers to all clients. Using the latest software this can be just global tone and colour enhancement, image blending to combine images or bits of images together, montages, or as radical as removal of unwanted or distracting bits and pieces in your images. For models, we look at corrections for skin blemishes, skin smoothing, facial contouring and shaping and body sculpting.
All prices are a guide and excluding GST:
1. Basic adjustment $20.00 per image
Improvement on the original raw material (supplied image must be of reasonable quality).
Global tweaking for extra contrast, tonal balance and colour balance
Cropping
2. Localised Adjustment $30.00 per image
Selective adjustment to parts of the image to enhance the overall balance.
Making mid-tone enhancements to give the image a greater punch and drama.
Darkening and/or lightening selective colours. Selective sharpening.
3. Specific addition/removal $50.00 per image
For example – removal of power poles, people, cars, etc., enhancement of a specific part of the image by blurring the background, discreet enhancement of appearance (portraits), joining several images together to create panoramas at editor’s discretion.

Noise suppression [i.e. lessen grain]
Cut and paste or cut and repair specific areas
Create depth of field
Body sculpting, blemish and wrinkle suppression
Image stitching
Montaging [priced separately]
4. Restoration
Old photographs that may be damaged, stained or deteriorated. Bring them in to have them assessed – we may be able to restore them.
Notes:
Please provide as large a digital file as possible or we can scan from an old print, slide or negative
.tif or .psd or RAW files are better than .jpg, however a high resolution .jpg will do
Output for web or specific image size
FOR VIDEO
We can enhance tonally and colour correct as well as voice, brand and information overlay, intros, outros and credits. We can combine stills, timelapse to produce one free-flowing clip.
